Taylor Swift Movie

I don't even know where to start. This was such a FUN night! The Taylor Swift movie came out, so I decided to get a group together to go see it. I thought I'd make it even more fun and have a pre-party before the movie. Bentley had been wanting to go, so I invited some of my friends and some that had kids her age too. Jeff took the boys over to Grandma's house for a while. Tamara and Scarlett also came, but only to the movie, and not the party beforehand. Getting ready was one of the best parts. Bentley and I got all glammed out in sequin outfits, jewels in our hair, and makeup. I told everyone that came to bring a board of food themed as one of her albums, and assigned each of them a different album. I put the album covers in frames beside the boards, just to make it look extra good. The spread turned out to be incredible! I was so happy my friends supported me and their boards all looked amazing. Bentley and I had a lot of fun making the "Midnights" board together, and last minute throwing together the Fearless and 1989 boards for more substance to eat. We all took lots of pictures and videos and then enjoyed the spread. We ate off of Taylor plates, and even drank a "Lavender Haze Mocktail" made out of real dried Lavender flowers that I created. We listened to Taylor Swift music, obviously, and even played a trivia game. We split up into teams and had one person from each team come up. Whoever grabbed the red lipstick first had a shot to answer the question. It turned out to be so much fun!

When it was time, we headed to the movie theater. Unfortunately there were no Taylor buckets available, but we got the cups and went back for the buckets later. We met Tamara and Scarlet and her friend, took lots of pics together, then found our seats. We weren't really sure how it was going to go, like would people stand and sing? Stay in seats? We didn't know. It started out and everyone was just sitting. By the time "You Belong With Me" came on we all decided to just stand up and dance. Amazing how when we did that, half of the theater also stood up! After that we stood up and danced for every fast song, and rested on the slower ones. Bentley was having so much fun with everyone, especially Scarlett. They sang, danced, and jumped up and down together lots of the time. Scarlett lost her voice almost completely and collapsed from exhaustion at one point! haha. I had a blast with Tamara and Melissa on the other side, and ventured over sometimes to see everyone else. It was truly a blast! One of the best nights I've had in a while!! It was especially great because I got to make such good memories with Bentley. We will always remember this. 

About a month after that, Bentley and I decided to go see it again. We went to a different theater with different friends. It wasn't quite the same as that first time, but we still had fun! Laura took tons of photos for us, which I'm always super grateful to her for!

The pictures of the popcorn is when I went back to the theater to get the buckets. Boston and I then enjoyed an afternoon popcorn picnic! We are well stocked on Taylor buckets and cups now.
