Easter weekend

We filled up our Easter long weekend with lots of activities and had a lot of fun! On Friday, we went to see the Easter bunny at the Bass Pro shop at Cross Iron Mills. The kids loved it and we got such a good picture! Then we explored the shop and we all loved the animals, waterfalls, and fish. We walked through the mall to the food court and grabbed some lunch. Then we headed over to the Sky Castle play center in the New Horizon Mall and the kids had a blast there!

On Saturday we went to the Tyrell Museum with Scott and Kellie's family, and Don. It was pretty fun, and then we came back and hung out at the Ady's house for a while.

On Sunday we dyed some eggs on our own in the morning. We made pirates and mermaids, and used our Egg-mazing spinner too! After church we headed over to the Ady's for dinner and an Egg hunt. The eggs were in the backyard and out in the forest area. It was so fun to see everyone find the eggs, and Leo was full of excitement especially! Opening them up is always fun to find money, toys and chocolate inside. Grandma bought all the cousins matching outfits and new toys and they had the best time playing together!

We had an awesome Easter celebrating Christ. The kids are loving church these days. Leo is doing amazing in Sunbeams and just loves it, and the others are enjoying their classes too! I am a leader in nursery right now, which means Boston comes in too, even though he's not technically 18 months old yet. It can be tiring, but it's really not too bad of a calling.
